* If you cancel a scheduled appointment "less" than 4 hours prior, you will be charged for that appointment
* If you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, you will be charged for that appointment and will have to re-schedule online.
* If you did not pay at the time of booking and either of the above apply to you, we will require payment for the missed appointment and the current appointment before any services are to be provided.
